The High Priests of Ancient Sites, Secrets and Mysteries, with Maria Wheatley.

Maria looks at the lost prehistoric priesthood that used and adapted sacred sites such as Arbor Low, Stonehenge and Avebury to name but a few.

Maria explores the sound frequencies released by the stones as well as exploring healing sounds, musical harmonics and sacred geometry woven into sacred sites including America’s Stonehenge.

Maria is a second-generation dowser who was taught by European Master Dowers, her late father and Chinese geomants. Maria is the UK’s leading authority on earth energies and ley lines that were skilfully incorporated into megalithic sites. Maria runs tours to sacred sites worldwide to experience Gaia’s numerous energies.

Maria is an accomplished author of many books on sacred sites, dowsing, past life astrology. She discovered the Neolithic longheaded long-lost civilisation of the British Isles that had a mythical appearance and memories of them were woven into legends of the Fey. Maria has recently discovered that certain geodetic energies correspond to healing musical harmonics – the Music of the Earth that flows into sacred sites…

She has studied Neolithic Britain and Bronze Age prehistory at Bath and Oxford University and works closely with Gaia’s healing energies that can help the body to heal itself. Maria is also a Druid who follows the Celtic Path and she has also written many diploma courses and runs EsotericCollege.com that offers certificated courses on holistic subjects. Maria teaches advance dowsing techniques which are not taught anywhere else in the world.

The Consciousness of Trees with Andrew Edgar.

The likes of Peter Wohlleben (author of The Hidden Life of Trees), and botanist Dr Suzanne Simard have argued that trees are capable of profound experiences of the world around them, and that they can communicate these experiences to other trees (through root systems, and the mycelia of fungi).
Dowsers have long recognised that trees have auras, and indeed that these auras will expands as the dowser makes contact with the tree – an expression of the tree’s awareness that they are in contact with the dowser.

In this talk I will explore, through my personal experience of dowsing with trees and in communion with spirit of place, how dowsing and botany can give us an insight into the world of trees, and how we might come to understand and communicate with those trees.
I will explain how we can trace the networks of communication that link trees, how we can find the protective mother tree within a group, and how patterns within the aura of a tree hint at the messages that the tree might have for us.

Andrew Edgar

Now based in East Sussex, and after living and working some thirty years in Cardiff, I help to run a dowsing group under the auspices of Lewes U3A.
I have been dowsing, and a member of the BSD, since 2010.  I have recently been co-opted as a trustee to the BSD council.

My primary interests are in Earth Energies, although I am sympathetic to all uses of dowsing.
I am particularly interested in possible explanations for dowsing, and in the implications that the fact that dowsing works has for our understanding of the world around us.
Dowsing, for me, is a way of communicating with the natural and spiritual world we inhabit and share.

Field Trip to the Tortworth Chestnut.

Terry and Teresa Dellbridge will lead a field trip to the Tortworth Chestnut, where we can dowse for information on the tree, its age, the extent of its aura and other information.

The Tortworth Chestnut is an ancient sweet chestnut (Castanea sativa) tree in Tortworth, South Gloucestershire. The exact age of the tree is unknown, but various sources provide estimates. Two accounts in 1664 and 1712 record the tree growing in, respectively, the 12th and 13th century, dating it at over 800 years old.[1] The tree was known as "the Old Chestnut of Tortworth" in 1150, suggesting it is over 1,000 years old.[2] More romantically, a legend recounts that the tree sprang from a nut planted in 800 AD during the reign of King Egbert.[1]

The tree can be accessed via a lane next to the churchyard of St Leonard's in Tortworth. The original trunk has little live growth but over centuries new trunks have formed where branches have developed, subsided and re-rooted, and continued to flourish.

There is ample parking in the churchyard of St Leonard’s Church, 1, Old Court Cottages, Tortworth, Wotton-Under-Edge, Glos.  GL12 8HF.  The Chestnut is adjacent to the church and the ground is flat.

Following exploration of the chestnut, there are other opportunities for dowsing in the church itself, which dates from the 12th Century, and other beautiful trees in the environs.

Please bring a notebook to keep track of all you find out, so we can discuss our experiences over lunch at the nearby Tortworth Estate Cafe and shop.  We need an idea of numbers for this trip as places may be limited, so please let Teresa know as soon as possible if you are coming, by texting 07833752173. (Teresa does not use social media so please contact by text or call).

Teresa has booked the Tortworth Cafe and Farm Shop for lunch at 1.15 on the day. Places will be limited to 20 and people will need to choose their food from the menu with which we will be providing near the day, and pre-order.

The Cafe and Shop provide some delightful retail therapy opportunities for good food, rustic crafts and plants.

Terry was Forest Manager for the Tortworth Estate for many years, and in fact he built the fence around the Tortworth Chestnut.  Teresa is an author, therapist and nature mystic.  Her latest book Enter the Wildwood will be available for sale on the day at the slightly discounted price of £14 - if you would like a copy please bring cash.  The charge for the trip itself is the usual £5 members, £7 non-members.

The Gifts that the ET Star Family likes to share, data about how to ascend, and other consciousness technology with Matt Bell.

From the age of seven I started to have various odd experiences which couldn’t be explained normally. As I grew-up, I started to interact with various E.T. beings and learned about ancient knowledge and the way to communicate with Star Family.

Extra-terrestrials, who we call “Star Family”, do walk amongst us. In fact we all have Extra-terrestrial genetic ancestry. So once you factor that in, that other intelligent life exists out there, it makes a lot more sense as to why things are the way they are.

The Earth is run by the United Federation of Planets from Antarctica and from a ship stationed behind the moon. These beings are manipulating humanity for their own gain, which goes against their own rules about the Prime Directive, and various Star Family have interfered with humanities development from the start.
(The Prime Directive is a set of rules which are, not to interfere with or manipulate a developing species.)

Now that we know that benevolent Star Family are here in orbit around the Earth, they are providing humanity with a more detailed record of our Earth and Human history, and are helping to present the truthful data to assist the populations to come out of the mental slavery illusions, and break free from the psychological and frequency manipulation currently in operation.

The time has come where we grow up as a species, so our consciousness levels elevate us out of the control of other species that hide in the shadows. The time of being controlled and manipulated is over. We need to break the cycle of endless corrupt dictators, wars, and revolutions, and bring ourselves and the planet back into peace, prosperity and abundance.

The Stones of Mona and The Beings of the Earth. Presented by Jayne Tovey.

Jayne Tovey2

A personal journey through the sacred landscapes of Anglesey and North Wales

In this deeply personal and thought-provoking presentation, Jayne Tovey explores the ancient megalithic landscapes of Ynys Môn (Anglesey) and North Wales through the combined lenses of archaeology, dowsing, intuition, and spiritual experience.

Beginning with the Neolithic tombs, standing stones, and Bronze Age copper mines of the region, the talk examines the possibility that these ancient monuments were far more than burial sites alone. Through careful observation, energetic investigation, and quiet listening, Jayne reflects on the idea that many of these places functioned as ceremonial thresholds, initiation chambers, and sacred landscapes aligned with the rhythms of Earth and sky.

The presentation journeys through sites including Bryn Celli Ddu, Barclodiad y Gawres, Trefignath, Din Dryfol, Bodowyr, Ty Newydd, Lligwy Burial Chamber, the Great Orme copper mines, and Capel Garmon. Along the way, Jayne shares the messages, symbolic experiences, and moments of deep intuitive connection.

Themes explored include:

  • The Druids and their relationship with the land

  • Sacred geometry and prehistoric symbolism

  • Ley lines, vortices, and earth energies

  • Initiation, transformation, and symbolic rebirth

  • The sacred feminine and masculine within the landscape

  • Ancient monuments as living thresholds rather than silent ruins

Blending historical insight with personal reflection, this talk does not seek to prove or persuade, but to invite deeper listening — to the land, to memory, and to the possibility that the Earth itself still communicates in subtle and meaningful ways.

At its heart, The Stones of Mona and the Beings of the Earth is a journey of reconnection: with nature, with ancestral wisdom, and with the quiet voice carried within stone, silence, and spirit.
