The Bards of Avalon - Sound Bath.
Join Bea Martin and David Johnson of Bards of Avalon as they combine vocal harmonies with the sounds of Himalayan Bowls, Gongs, Koshi chimes and other sound treasures to create an uplifting soundscape which enhances your health and wellbeing.
Bea and David have found that using sound with intention can create potent, positive change, so they will invite you to have a personal intention for the sound bath.
They will then create a sound journey which supports your intention.
During a sound bath, you can lie down or sit, fully clothed.
All you need to do is bathe in the sound waves.
Consistent feedback shows that participants leave deeply relaxed and energised with reduced pain and much improved sleep.

Emma Fitchett (Farrell) MSc. Poisonous Plant Spirits of the Dark Goddess.
Beneath the hedgerows, along the liminal edges and hidden in plain sight are the banes of the plant world.
These are the plants which carry elements of danger and are feared for their toxicity and their malefic magick.
Historical accounts and legend speak of cursing, poisoning and evil witchcraft yet behind these tales reside benevolent plant spirits with much to teach.
These are the initiators, the guardians at the threshold and the dwellers of the Underworld. These are the dark aspects of the Goddess, offering her true wisdom of transformation.
In this enchanting session, Emma will introduce you to some of our common poisonous plants and share her experience of working co-creatively and journeying with them.
About Emma.
Emma Fitchett MSc is a plant spirit healer, shamanic teacher and author.
Her life long pursuit of self-mastery and inner transformation is fuelled by a fascination with the nature of reality and consciousness and has led her to studying a Master's Degree in 'The Preservation & Development Of Wisdom Culture & The Art Of Liberation' in the Tibetan Buddhist Mahayana Tradition, writing her thesis on 'Understanding The Nature Of The Self Through Lucid Dreaming'.
She has also been initiated into and trained in indigenous healing and magical lineages of the British Isles and the Ecuadorian Amazon, is a Yew Mysteries initiate and holds the lineage of the White Serpent.
She is a Geomancer, Pranic Healer, Psychic Surgeon and entity removal specialist.
Emma has been undertaking plant initiations for 12 years.

The Bosnian Pyramids of Visoko - Presented by Malcolm White.
The Pyramid of the Sun, said to be the oldest pyramid on Earth at 34,000 years old, with a height of over 220m,is the tallest pyramid in the world.
The layers of soil that cover the pyramid are approximately 12,000 years old.
Malcolm presents the case for the pyramids existence.
The incredible miles of underground passageways, tunnels, chambers and artificial lakes that connect to the Sun Pyramid, that have healing properties.
The Pyramid of the Sun was first discovered in 2005 by Dr. Sam Osmanagich.
