Slimbridge Dowsing Group is an affiliated local group of the British Society of Dowsers, which was set up in 2001 by Peter Golding with the objective of promoting the objects and ideals of the British Society of Dowsers in a number of different ways.

Since being set up the group is still following the same core objectives, but seeking to find new ways forward in the modern world.

Lisa Fullbright Cossey. Working with the Ancestors.

July 12th. 10:30am-12:00. Whitminster Village Hall. GL2 7NN.

This talk draws on Lisa’s latest training with the Centre for Systemic Constellations. 

Constellation work seeks to help systems to find balance and order for the purpose of healing. The primary system we all belong to is our family. 

Systemic Constellations work addresses the traumas and adverse experiences of our ancestors and how they impact upon the subsequent generations. 

It brings harmony to the ancestral lines and allows the blessings of the ancestors to flow down to us. 

In the West we have become dangerously disconnected from our ancestors, unaware of how their lives affect us now and with no model to relate positively to and work with our ancestral inheritance. 

Bert Hellinger, who developed the Systemic Constellation techniques, lived with the Zulu people for many years and developed this work to bring ancient, indigenous understanding of the ancestors to the Western mind. 

In this talk Lisa will explain the work of Systemic Constellations for the family and explore how people can often be inappropriately carrying ancestral trauma which negatively affects their lives. 

We will explore how the remarkable and profound process of constellations works. 

Finally, she will discuss how the people who act as “representatives” during a constellation session could be said to be using the same processes that dowsers use.

A Peruvian shaman who I know has just contacted me.
He’s waiting on confirmation for a trip to Europe, in July.
If BSD would like to host him he’d be happy to come to England.
Back in 2015, I wrote about a trip we did together to activate the feminine ch’ama’s – KindredSpirit, Issue 137 – and helped him to publish his article about a spirit portal – Sacred Hoop, Issue 89.

I have asked Jenny's permission to share her email with you all, her contact email address is chapmanjenny5@gmail.com if any of you are interested in her proposal hosting Apu Runa, for a part of his visit.
"Apu Runa says he only wants to cover his food, lodging, and travel to a new location.
There was mention of giving a talk for voluntary contributions (or at a reasonable cost). In the past, he’s been happy to stay in someone’s house / travel with someone going the same way. I expect he’d love to see the sacred sites – Glastonbury, Stonehenge…
No doubt he’ll have a couple of other contacts in the UK. So if BSD is interested, they would be a part of his itinerary.
I said this group was particularly interested in earth energies and asked about teachings around the new feminine paradigm.  
Also, told him that some had been dowsing, teaching, and writing for many years.
He replied that on his "Lemurian Shamanism" course, we connect with the Lemurian cosmic energy and with the essence of the Age of Aquarius." I have also the articles Jenny has shared.
